We can advise on potential ways to save inheritance tax even after the death has occurred.
Wills
We aim to make our services cost effective and we are pleased to give details of our charging structure. We are able to deal with all matters relating to the making and implementation of wills fully and efficiently, maximising the value of the assets passing to your beneficiaries.
Lasting Powers of Attorney
We also have experience in matters relating to the execution of Lasting Powers of Attorney and application to the Office of the Public Guardian in cases where someone is unable to carry on dealing with their own affairs. We strive to offer and maintain a sympathetic and understanding approach to what is often a difficult and confusing time.
